We offer educational programs that inspire individuals of all ages to become advocates for native wildlife, especially trout, and their habitats. Trout Adventures offers a suite of programs designed to connect students and communities with wildlife. Learn how Trout in the Classroom brings hands-on watershed education to Nevada schools, how Discover Wild Nevada teaches 4th-graders about Nevada’s wildlife symbols, and how Youth Wildlife Experiences connects youth with natural habitats.

Latest Happenings

Nevada Trout in the Classroom － Egg Day! We're preparing to provide in-class and release-day activities for rural schools participating in the Western Nevada program. We'll be in approximately 20 classrooms in 10 schools. This project is supported by a grant from the Sagebrush Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
Discover Wild Nevada － teaching 4th-graders about wildlife symbols of Nevada... now scheduling sessions in rural communities in western Nevada.
Recruiting volunteers to help us behind the scenes!

We also publish educational articles, including guides to Nevada’s native trout species and educational resources for teachers and wildlife enthusiasts.
